If your refund has been approved, the products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

By chance if your merchandise is damaged during transit, proof is needed. We will replace the broken item with the same item.

If those item(s) are no longer available, then we will provide a refund.
