Jay's Beauty Bar was established in 2019 by Jacqueline V., a mental health professional, assisting clients with mental illnesses and medical complications. As hectic as the field is, I realized the importance of self-care and relaxation that is needed. My goal at Jay's Beauty Bar is to bring awareness of self-love and self-care.
